If you are needing a replacement device due to age, IT will be in contact when your device is ready for renewal (no need to make a specific request).

This service is for staff/faculty who are having computer and/or peripherals problems.

All requests for new hardware are submitted with this form
Refresh Device
Computer assets are refreshed after EOL
