1 - What should I be reporting and why?

Any email that arrives in your Inbox that's either junk or phishing.

Reporting messages that get though allows us to automatically improve the message filters and avoid similar messages getting through in future.

What is a phishing email?

A phishing email is an email that appears legitimate but is actually an attempt to get your personal information or steal your money. Some deceptive emails appear to be from a safe sender but, in fact, have a "spoofed" source address to fool you

2 - Report a Phishing or Suspicious email in Outlook or Webmail

  1. In the message list, select the message you want to report.
  2. Above the reading pane, select Report > Report Phishing or Report Junk
