What is this service?
NIC has an electric vehicle available at the Comox Valley Campus for employees to use when travelling on college business.
Before using the electric vehicle for the first time, there are a few additional requirements to complete. Please refer to the Additional Information section for details.
To reserve the vehicle, please submit a Booking Request Form through the Service Desk each time you wish to use it.

Additional Information
Before booking and using the electric vehicle for the first time, please complete the following requirements:
- Review the Driver Responsibility Form and upload a signed copy with this Service Desk ticket.
- Upload a copy of your current ICBC driving record. To remain eligible to use the electric vehicle, an updated driving record must be submitted annually.
- Complete a vehicle orientation and demonstration. To arrange this for the electric vehicle ONLY, please contact Alex Barlow, Facilities Operations Liaison, at alex.barlow@nic.bc.ca.
