What is this service?
This service offers 1:1 supports to instructor and support staff roles and responsibilities when working in a digital learning environment such as Blackboard Learn or Brightspace. Specifically: Blackboard Learn or Brightspace login issues, locating your course, navigating, features, tools and functions, learning how to use components, missing items, tools not functioning properly.
