New Student or CE Fixed-term Contract Employee
Please have them fill out and sign the New Hire - Payroll Information Form, TD1 Federal & TD1BC (both for the current year), Banking Information, and Continuing Education & Training Employment Agreement (CE fixed-term only). If their SIN begins with a "9", they will need to provide a copy of their Work/Study Permit.
