Access and Permissions Issues

Unable to Access a SharePoint Site or Document

• Ensure you have the correct URL: Double-check the link to ensure it is correct.
• Verify permissions: Ensure you have been granted access to the site or document.
• Clear browser cache: Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try accessing the site again.
• Check with the site owner: Contact the site owner to confirm your permissions.

Missing or Incorrect Permissions

• Request access: If you need access to a specific site or document, request access from your manager
• Contact IT support: If someone on your team should have access to a SharePoint site but does not, request access for them here 

Document Syncing Problems

Files Not Syncing

• Check OneDrive sync status: Ensure your OneDrive client is running and signed in with your college account.
• Verify internet connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
• Restart OneDrive: Try restarting the OneDrive application.
• Check file size and type: Ensure the files meet SharePoint's size and type restrictions.
