Teaching and Learning / Pedagogy Instructor Support: how to design an assignment, assessment task, marking tool, lesson plan, course or program including teaching and learning strategies, student engagement and feedback methods, integrating learning technologies etc.

Course and Program Development and Renewal

Curriculum development and program enhancement services related to new course or program development, program review phases, quality assurance activities, surveys for program review etc.

Course Textbook / Materials Request

Request for course textbook / materials to be sold in the NIC Bookstores.

Brightspace and Kaltura

Brightspace and Kaltura only: requiring access to current or archived courses, missing courses or incorrect classlist, account and password issues, video upload / download issues, tool or feature not working, etc. – but for anything about how to use Brightspace, Kaltura or how a tool functions please use first item titled Pedagogy and Learning Technologies

Supports and services related to campus classrooms in areas such as audio-visual (data projector, speakers, document cameras), computer technology (desktop or laptop computers, instructor station), furniture (e.g., chairs, tables, whiteboards, corkboards).

Computer Labs

Technology supports and services related to campus computer labs in areas such as software, fixing broken computers, access to programs, etc.
